We are a Practicing Company Secretary Firm looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the following positions:


  1. Students pursuing the Company Secretary Course for Articleship/Training
  2. Qualified / Semi-Qualified Company Secretary Candidates


The role offers practical exposure in Corporate Laws, ROC Filings, Secretarial Compliances, FEMA/RBI Matters, Due Diligence, and allied professional assignments.


Eligibility:

  • Good communication and drafting skills
