  Job Description 

  Work extensively with CICS transaction processing systems to develop and maintain enterpriselevel applications Utilize Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize and automate mainframe processes Leverage knowledge of Mainframe Enterprise Cobol to support legacy systems and enhance application performance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate COBOL and CICS applications with DB2 databases Analyze system requirements and design scalable solutions within the mainframe environment Participate in code reviews debugging and performance tuning activities Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in mainframe development

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Develop test and deploy CICS applications ensuring high availability and reliability Implement Prompt Engineering strategies to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency Maintain and enhance Mainframe Enterprise Cobol programs as per business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CICS transactions and DB2 database interactions Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Document technical specifications system configurations and operational procedures Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members within the mainframe domain
