Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

1.      Mise-en-place preparation duties

2.      Assistance to A la carte & Bulk order meal preparation

3.      Checking the inventory levels and reporting to the Kitchen head

4.      Research and Development of Frozen Food Techniques

5.      Adhere to standard recipes and obey duties given by senior commis chefs

  1. Follow SOP as per central kitchen norms
  2. Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and also safety is maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times as well as all health plus safety certifications requirements are up to date.
  3. Assist in ordering and receiving stock
  4. Assist in opening and closing the kitchen each day

 

 

REMUNERATION:

·      Monthly In-hand Salary : Between Rs 13,000/- to Rs 18,000/-

·      Bonus & Incentive- Based on Performance

·      Duty- 10 hours per day (Timing flexible TBD) – Work from Office

·      Weekly One day off
