Experience needed 5 to 6 years Preferably experience in Real estates, Builders and construction companies.
Job description
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) role in a construction company focuses on managing client relationships from lead generation to project handover and possession. Key duties include handling customer queries, managing sales pipelines, facilitating documentation (contracts, NOCs, demand letters), ensuring payment collections, and increasing customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
Lead & Pipeline Management: Tracking leads, updating CRM Erp software’s (Sales.do), and maintaining accurate customer data.
Documentation & Coordination: Preparing and collecting project documents, including Sale Deeds, NOCs, and demand letters, while coordinating with bank teams for loan disbursements.
Collections & Follow-ups, Customer Communication, MIS Reporting, etc.
