Role Title : AI Developer (GenAI Agents / Orchestrator) – AMS RUN

Role Summary / Purpose : We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer to build GenAI-powered agents for AMS RUN operations. The primary focus is developing an Orchestrator Agent that can coordinate multiple task-specific agents to support end-to-end RUN workflows such as incident triage, SR automation, monitoring insights, knowledge search, RCA support, change/release assistance, and governance reporting. The engineer will work closely with RUN SMEs and engineering teams to design, build, integrate and deploy agent solutions on GCP (GHCP) with enterprise-grade security and reliability.

1) Build Agentic Workflows & Orchestrator
2) Implement AMS RUN GenAI Use Cases
3) Build RAG + Knowledge Layer
4) Integrate with RUN Tooling Ecosystem
5) Deploy on GHCP / GCP with Reliability & Security
6) Quality, Evaluation & Metrics


Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on development in Python (preferred) and/or Node.js/Java.
Practical experience with LLMs (prompting, structured responses, tool/function calling).
Experience building end-to-end AI workflows (multi-step automation, routing, chaining).
GCP (GHCP) hands-on experience: deploying services, IAM, APIs, logging/monitoring.
Fundamentals of Machine Learning (classification/clustering basics, evaluation metrics).
Knowledge of RAG concepts (embeddings, vector search, retrieval & grounding).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, secure coding.


Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to ITSM / AMS RUN processes (Incident, SR, Problem, Change, Monitoring).
Knowledge of enterprise security/compliance expectations for production environments.
