Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure consistent quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with modern PHP frameworks and libraries to build robust applications.
- Familiarity with database design, optimization, and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
