Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously refining and improving software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer integrates modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Python (Programming Language), AWS Lambda Administration, DevOps.
- Deep experience with AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
- Strong programming knowledge in Python
- Proven leadership experience managing cloud/DevOps teams
- Solid grasp of serverless architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns
- Architect scalable and secure solutions using AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Promote best practices in cloud architecture, including the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are in place, and champion DevOps culture.
- Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience with scalable system architecture and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
