Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-performing solutions, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the technology landscape within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution quality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to group reporting modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and other SAP or third-party systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
