- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components tailored to manufacturing environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance within manufacturing execution systems.
- Familiarity with integration of MES solutions with other enterprise systems and databases.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
