Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Basic Understanding of IS-Utilities Process meter to Cash.
- Experience with SAP Hana S/4 Environment Upgrade with Code Remediation. Familiarity with SAP RISE , integration technologies- Odata , IDocs , RFC , BAPI.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with SAP HANA database technologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP ABAP.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and working with various SAP tools and technologies.
