As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
