As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
