As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
