Job Description

Customer Support Executive – PunePay FiNNTECH Private Limited


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email and chat.
  • Assist merchants with registration, KYC and account activation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update Excel sheets/CRM.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and service requests.
  • Provide information about PunePay products and services.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and basic English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and Email).
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
