Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Query Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide step-by-step guidance on products or services.
- Complaint Management: Listen empathetically to customer grievances and deliver satisfying solutions or escalations to higher management when necessary.
- Multichannel Support: Manage interactions seamlessly across phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Record Keeping: Document detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Feedback Collection: Follow up with customers post-resolution and collect feedback to help the company improve its offerings.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products based on the customer's needs.
- Customer coordination.
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English languages.
