Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the voice of the brand. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives timely support, feels heard, and enjoys a seamless post-purchase journey. Your mission is to drive customer delight, gather actionable feedback, and be a strong bridge between the customer and internal teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Customer Feedback & Follow-ups
* Call customer after product delivery to confirm product receipt, condition, and timeliness.
* Check if the product has been applied; if not, provide guidance and understand the delay.
* Gather qualitative feedback and usage insights to share with relevant teams.
* Customer Support
* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries related to product usage, quality, dispatch status, or service issues.
* Resolve issues or escalate to the concerned team and ensure closure within specified timelines.
* Maintain records of all customer service cases and track resolution.
* Customer Experience Management
* Ensure every customer is well-informed about product usage via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
* Share How-to-Use instructions and offer additional support to ensure successful product application.
* Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels valued.
* Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly reports summarizing feedback trends, recurring issues, and suggestions for product or process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
* 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles (e-commerce, consumer brands preferred).
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
* Strong listening skills, empathy, and customer-first mindset.
* Ability to understand and explain technical product usage to non-technical customers.
* Organized, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
* Should be based in Pune and comfortable with hybrid work structure.
