Job Description
Back Office Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective and existing customers
- Sending emails, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintaining customer communication records
- Assisting with routine back-office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (calling & emailing)
- Fluent in Hindi for customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or back-office work preferred
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in Kondhwa, Mundhwa, Ghorpadi, Camp, or nearby areas will be preferred.
