Job Description:
- Review of Purchase Order, highlighting the non-standard T&C
- Review & Correction of Cost Estimation Sheet & Technical Documents
- Customer Code Creation for new customer PO, Screening of customers
- Legal clearance of Purchase Orders / Agreements
- Obtaining DOA Approvals for Order Booking
- Preparing Performa Invoice for Payment Collection, Order Acceptance
- Preparing & Vetting draft LC in accordance to PO/Agreement
- Helping Sales Team with Vendor Registration documents/information
- Interacting & Following up with customers for advance collection or L/C related queries
- Preparing Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) for PO processing
- Obtaining DOA approvals for releasing PO to respective factory or vendor
- Follow up with factory/vendor for readiness of materials
- Review of Backlog orders with Sales Team to maximize revenue flow
- Issuing Shipping Instruction to Factory / FF as per L/C or PO for arranging shipment
- Co-ordinate with factory /FF for vessel booking, assessing the optimal containers required
- Preparing draft Import Invoice/Packing List/BL and other required documents as per L/C or PO
- Sharing final shipping documents & Original documents courier details to customer / Sales & Project team for clearance purpose
- Ensuring the SAP Closing Invoice generated before month cut-off
- Ensuring accruals of shipments, If required
- Preparing Secure & Revenue Backlog File and sharing with Sales/Ops
- Arrangement of factory visit date, If required
- Preparing Request A Visit Form, Budget/Travel Itinerary, Draft Invitation Letters
- Obtaining DOA Approval for factory visit
- Sharing freight charges and required container sizes, quantity to Sales Team for bidding of job
- Maintaining Warranty Tracker file and sharing with Service team
- Sharing Data for warranty claim
- Sharing data to finance for Incentive calculation of Sales person
- Helping finance with collection details
- Installation details for customer reference
- Ensuring 100% adherence to JCI Ethics and Compliance

Graduate/ Post Graduate
Must have 6-10 years of relevant experience
