Job Description

About the Role:

We are working in industrial instrumentation, looking for a Customer Support

Executive to handle customer communication, service reminders, payment follow-ups, 

quotation follow-ups, and day-to-day documentation work.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain client records, service logs, and other documentation.

·        Track and follow up on new orders and submitted quotations.

·        Send timely reminders for upcoming calibration due dates.

·        Follow up with clients for pending payments and overdue invoices.

·        Coordinate with the technical team for smooth order processing.

·        To handle customer inquiries.

·        To communicate with the customers.



Education/Skill Requirements: 

12th pass/ Any Graduate

Good communication skills.

Marketing skills.

Ready to learn technical things. 

Knowledge of documentation.
