Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficient in any of these languages - Hindi or Marathi

·        Handle inbound or outbound calls.

·        Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with ease.

·        Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of computers is a must.

·        Be a customer-oriented individual.

·        Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

·        Minimum 12th pass.
