Customer Support Executive

Position - CRM Executive

Salary - 13k to 18k

Location - Shukrawar Peth Pune Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibility -

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

. Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

. Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

·      Answering incoming calls on priority

·      Responding to WhatsApp messages on priority

·      Solving raised tickets

·      Daily monitoring of student's doubts and queries

·      Responding to emails

·      Updating of master live excel on a daily basis

·      Solving student's issues within 12-24 hours (sales, technical, dispatch, etc.)

·      Feedback calls and messages

·      Co-ordination with doubt solvers

·      Coordination with all departments like dispatch technical dispatch CRM.

·      Solve each and every queries and solve it asap.

·      Soft talk with students

. Work closely with the sales team to align CRM initiatives with sales goals.

. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, emails, and content that engage customers.

. Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule timely dispatch of orders.

. Ensure that orders are dispatched correctly, and delivery schedules are met, updating CRM systems with real-time order status.

. Track the progress of deliveries and provide updates to customers regarding their order status (e.g., delays, expected delivery times).
