Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in the insurance sector and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. This role is crucial in providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance domain.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
