Cyber IAM Managed Service - Ping ID Entra ID Manager

§We are seeking an experienced technical manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and at least 10+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Ping ID/Ping Federate. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver strategic IAM solutions that align with business objectives

The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality of IAM solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra ID with various platforms, optimizing identity management and access security.

• Develop and enforce identity governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders, addressing IAM challenges and requirements.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

• Perform Single Sign-On (SSO) Federation, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), SSO API Management and Privileged Account MFA using Ping ID/ Ping Federate

Mandatory Certification Required:

•Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent

•Ping Identity Certified Expert or PingFederate Certification are highly desirable

Technical Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with significant expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Ping ID/Federate. Strong technical knowledge of Azure Active Directory, identity federation, and cloud security.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading IAM initiatives for medium to large organizations

• Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution.

• Understanding of Java/Python or any other programming language.

• Understanding of Code repository concepts and standard process (Git)

• Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution

• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) in Ping ID/Ping Federate

• Familiarity with API management and SCIM on Ping ID/Ping Federate

• Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including federation, authentication, and authorization.

• Good Understanding of Operating systems, Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution.

• Good presentation and documentation skills
