Cybersecurity GRC Senior Associate

The Senior Associate – Analytics, Power BI, Power Platform & AI Enablement supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise analytics, automation, and AIenabled capabilities across Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance functions. 

This role focuses on Power BI analytics, Power Platform solutions, and Copilot / AIenabled agent development, enabling datadriven insights, operational efficiency, and futureready agentic use cases. Experience in Risk, Control, Audit, or Regulatory environments is preferred. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Analytics & Power BI 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business and risk requirements. 

  • Design data models, KPIs, and calculations using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to deliver accurate and actionable insights. 

  • Perform analytical assessments to identify trends, risks, exceptions, and performance gaps. 

  • Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and consistency of reporting outputs. 

 

Power Platform Delivery 

  • Build and support Power Apps for structured data capture, workflows, control assessments, and evidence management. 

  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows for approvals, validations, notifications, and system integrations. 

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise Power Platform governance, security, and environment standards. 

 

Copilot, AI & Agentic Enablement 

  • Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AIassisted capabilities across analytics and operational workflows. 

  • Contribute to training, configuration, and evolution of AI agents for analytics, reporting, and decision support. 

  • Enable agentic use cases using:  

  • APIbased integrations 

  • Enterprise and governed data sources 

  • Contextaware querying, summarization, and insight generation 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, prototype, and operationalize AI and Copilot use cases aligned to business value and risk standards. 

  • Support development of AI usage guidelines, documentation, and training materials. 

 

Risk & Control (Preferred) 

  • Support Risk & Control (PRC), audit, and regulatory initiatives through analytics, dashboards, and automation. 

  • Enable metrics lifecycle management, control health indicators, evidence aging, and issue tracking. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Lines of Defense where applicable. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Work closely with Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. 

  • Present analytical insights and AIassisted outputs to technical and nontechnical audiences. 

  • Maintain solution documentation including data models, workflow logic, and AI design considerations. 

 

Required Skills 

Mandatory 

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards). 

  • Proven data analytics and reporting expertise. 

  • Handson experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). 

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AIassisted tools. 

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills. 

 

Preferred / Additional 

  • Experience with AI or Copilotenabled solutions, including APIdriven data integration. 

  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts, data grounding, and enterprise data usage. 

  • Background or exposure to Risk & Control, Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Audit, or Compliance. 

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise data environments. 

  • Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI, and data security principles. 

 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 68 years of relevant experience in Analytics, BI, Power Platform, or Technology roles. 

  • Experience in a financial services or regulated environment preferred. 

 

Key Outcomes 

  • Delivery of highquality analytics and dashboards. 

  • Enablement of scalable automation using Power Platform. 

  • Contribution to NT’s AI and Agentic capability roadmap through Copilot, APIdriven data use, and governed AI adoption. 

  • Improved transparency, efficiency, and risk insight across Technology and Cybersecurity functions.
