Data and Automation Lead - Skills Transformation Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a talent with a strong interest in driving change and exploring new ways of working in the era of AI. As a Skills Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in enabling Tetra Pak’s long-term Upskilling & Reskilling ambition by leading and delivering workstreams and projects focused on building future-ready skills. 

You will contribute to the evolution of our learning technologies, including leading the adoption of AI-driven coaching (myCoach Nadia), and strengthening our learning culture across the organisation. 

A critical part of this role is the ability to work effectively with data, insights, and digital technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot.  

You will use these tools to help stakeholders identify skills gaps, productivity opportunities and improvement areas, enabling smarter ways of working and more informed decision-making. 

This is a permanent position that could be based in India, Hungary or UK. 

What you will do

As Skills Transformation Expert, you will: 

• Lead assigned workstreams and skills-related projects as Business Project Manager 
• Drive the evolution of our learning technologies, including myCoach Nadia adoption 
• Create and maintain Power BI reports to support skills insights and KPI tracking 
• Promote and support the usage of Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot to improve ways of working 
• Contribute to the learning culture transformation and participate in the Learning Conference as part of the core team 
• Lead research for the annual skills report, integrating external benchmarks 
• Perform additional tasks as required in global strategic or operational projects 

We believe you have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Digital Technologies or a related technical field – or equivalent experience. 
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, digital transformation, automation or business technology.  
• Experience in leading workstreams or projects as a Business Project Manager.  
• Experience working with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or Copilot/Copilot Studio.  
• The ability to translate data and technology opportunities into actionable recommendations 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context
