Summary:
As a Data Architect, you will define the data requirements and structure for the application. Your typical day will involve modeling and designing the application data structure, storage, and integration, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with business needs and technical specifications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a robust data framework that supports the organization's objectives and enhances data accessibility and usability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture meets business requirements.
Work with team to design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements which involve the following tasks:
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data architects, and QA
Informatica MDM, Core Java, Rest API, J2EE

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio, Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Experience with data integration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
Must Have Skills:
1. Implement, configure and manage Reltio MDM solutions.
2. Develop and maintain Reltio data models, including entities, attributes, and relationships.
3. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular monitoring and maintenance
4. Configure and fine-tune match rules and survivorship strategies to ensure accurate master records.
5. Develop and manage REST API integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
6. Handle batch and real-time data ingestion, transformation logic, and mapping using Reltio Integration Hub or external ETL tools.
7. Support: Investigate any issues reported in Production and work on fix.
8. Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.
9. Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
10. Experience in analysis, design development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
11. Minimum 5 years of Experience in Reltio
Good to Have Skills:
1. Knowledge/Experience in GCP/Azure cloud
2. Knowledge/Experience of Agile methodology and Sprint based project delivery
3. Knowledge/Experience in Azure DevOps.
Should be good team player.
Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Resource should be open to work in B Shift (Afternoon Shifts 12:30 to 10:30) during week days.
