Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Enter expiry return data accurately into the ERP/system.
- Prepare and update Credit Note (CN) records.
- Verify invoices, batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of expiry returns.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.
- Ensure timely processing of expiry claims and credit notes.
- Generate reports and maintain data accuracy.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–2 years of data entry experience (pharma experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
