Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that serve as the foundation for data management and utilization. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms that support organizational needs, while continuously refining and enhancing the architecture to adapt to evolving requirements. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across multiple teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to promote efficient data integration and architecture consistency.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language),
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of data platform architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data systems.
- Ability to work with complex data models and ensure their integration across diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
