Data Quality Analyst

Job Description:

• Review AI-processed documents in the application for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify important data points that may have been missed or captured incorrectly.
• Make essential changes to documents based on organizational requirements.
• Ensure high standards of quality and consistency across processed entries.
• Maintain QA records and report errors or system misses to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with other teams for feedback and improvements.
• Deliver work within defined timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead.

Process Overview:

The QA is responsible for reviewing documents processed through an internal application that uses AI to pre-capture information. The role involves identifying and making necessary changes to key fields that are critical to the organization. The QA must understand the business requirements, evaluate the output generated by the AI, and ensure all vital data is correctly captured. This includes spotting missing or incorrectly extracted information and making 

intelligent decisions to correct it, ensuring high data integrity before final processing
