Data Verification Executive - Phlebotomists

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Verification Executive to join our Operations team. The role involves validating and approving data in our internal CRM, ensuring accuracy of patient and diagnostic information, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. Comprehensive training on our internal CRM and processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and verify data entered into the internal CRM system.
• Review patient, test, and diagnostic service details for accuracy before approval.
• Ensure data quality and maintain operational accuracy.
• Generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and print reports and other operational documents as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while processing approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company data.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• DMLT freshers will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
• Ability to create simple Excel reports and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of printing and document handling.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Knowledge

Candidates with a DMLT background should have a basic understanding of:

• Blood collection tubes and their usage.
• Common pathology tests.
• Diagnostic laboratory services.
• Medical terminology (basic level).
