Job Description: Debt Recovery Agent / Telecaller

Role Overview:

We are looking for a persuasive and persistent Debt Recovery Agent to contact customers and collect overdue payments. You will be responsible for recovering the maximum possible amount while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:Contacting debtors via phone to negotiate payment plans and settlements.Following up on non-payment and maintaining a record of all interactions.Achieving daily and monthly collection targets.Explaining legal consequences to debtors who refuse to pay (within regulatory guidelines).Updating the internal database with accurate payment status and contact details.

Requirements: Education: 10th Pass or Graduate.Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound calling (Collection/Sales experience preferred).

Skills: Excellent negotiation, active listening, and basic computer knowledge.Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and the local regional language (e.g., Marathi/Tamil/Telugu).

The Collection Team Leader will oversee a team of agents, ensuring they meet their KPIs while adhering to compliance standards. You will be responsible for strategizing recovery methods and providing training to improve team performance.Key

Responsibilities:Managing and monitoring the daily performance of a team (10-15 agents).Analyzing collection reports to identify gaps and improve recovery rates.Conducting floor training and call auditing to ensure quality and compliance.Handling escalated cases and high-value recovery accounts.Reporting team progress to the Operations Manager/Management.

Requirements:Education: Graduate (mandatory).Experience: 3+ years in Debt Recovery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/TL role.
