- Office opening and closing activities.
- Handling daily logistics operations and coordination.
- Receiving, checking, storing, and delivering materials as required.
- Material pickup and delivery from vendors, clients, and offices.
- Managing courier, parcel, and shipment handling.
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Document management, filing, and maintaining logistics-related records.
- Delivering documents to banks, clients, government offices, and other locations.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for material requirements.
- Purchasing stationery and cleaning materials as per office requirements.
- Maintaining office stock and assisting in inventory control.
- Handling staff lunch parcel arrangements.
- Assisting in loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned logistics tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of office materials.
- Supporting administrative and operational activities as required.
- Reporting daily work updates to the reporting manager.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
