The Position

ntroduction The Delivery Management Professional (SE6) leads moderately complex deliveries, proactively identifies improvements, manages diverse stakeholders, and contributes to strategic implementation. In this role, you will independently define and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, utilizing effective facilitation and analytical skills to drive value delivery. While navigating intricate stakeholder environments, you will connect team development with broader business objectives. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager, Service (Delivery) Manager, ITSM Process SME, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach.

The Opportunity:

• You will independently define, manage, and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, aligning them with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead the analysis of complex delivery problems by driving root cause investigations and eliciting critical stakeholder needs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder communication plans, acting as a trusted advisor across diverse functional areas.

• Shape team processes and contribute to the implementation of strategic objectives for Informatics, the Chapter, and specific Domains.

• Manage the delivery of complex features and projects, such as service transitions, product releases, or Agile Release Train (ART) increments.

• Select and tailor delivery methodologies—ranging from Waterfall to Agile—to optimize results and manage dependencies effectively.

• Utilize advanced delivery tools and techniques to address business challenges and contribute to high-level planning and forecasting.

• Foster a culture of accountability and team spirit by mentoring colleagues and using facilitation techniques to guide teams through ambiguity.

Who you are:

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, combined with significant professional experience in delivery management.

• Have a proven track record (typically 7+ years) operating as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, or Service Manager for large-scale initiatives.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in selecting and adapting delivery methodologies to manage complex features across functional areas.

• Are an expert in stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate intricate environments and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment.

• Possess strong analytical skills used to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensive improvement plans for the business.

• Display strong business acumen by translating complex requirements into strategic implementation plans and delivery strategies.

• Exhibit a coaching and mentoring mindset, capable of championing accountability and connecting team development with broader business goals.
