Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with various project teams to manage dependencies and ensure all deployment activities are aligned. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment process are key daily tasks, alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless deployment activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to deployment and project management.
- Experience in managing complex project schedules and resource planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and controlling deployment progress.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
