Job Description for R2R Lead:
• Review, reconcile, analyze Standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)
• Coordination for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, IFC maintenance, Limited Review on quarterly basis.

Get audited financial statements along with their supporting documentation. Maintain balance sheet integrity, resolve unreconciled items. Publish financial statement for the group on timely basis
• Accounting for Fixed Assets, IND AS workings and entries, prepare data for reporting to BSE/NSE and for various Compliances
• Ensure compliances from the IFC, Accounting standards and any other regulations applicable for the R2R processes
• Continuous tracking of changes in relevant statutes and identify actions, document and execute those
• Maintain a service-led culture by delivering consistent quality of financial information to the relevant stakeholders, provide any additional data as requested by the group
• Quality interaction with stakeholders to maintain control, eliminate hurdles and improve work environment
• Review existing processes and systems for preparation of monthly financials, identify improvement initiatives and implement the same
The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of experience, primarily in preparation of financials for Listed entity and having good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and LODR requirements.
