DevOps Architect

Project Role : DevOps Architect
Project Role Description : Assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments. Design and build DevOps technical solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns.
Must have skills : Elastic Stack (ELK)
Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, a typical day involves evaluating and crafting comprehensive DevOps strategies tailored to intricate technology landscapes. This role requires designing and constructing technical solutions that support cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. The work often includes integrating microservices architectures alongside traditional application frameworks, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency across diverse environments. Collaboration with various teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in deployment pipelines and infrastructure management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of DevOps strategies with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance DevOps practices and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Document architectural designs and implementation processes to maintain knowledge sharing and transparency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
