Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute ROI-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

2. Manage marketing budgets and allocate investments efficiently

3. Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend/performance based on data

4. Plan and direct multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

5. Manage and update the company website with SEO best practices

6. Optimize content for websites, blogs, social media & search engines

7. Work with different content formats: blogs, videos, reels, and podcasts

8. Track website traffic and implement data-driven improvements

9. Devise A/B tests, experiments, and analyze conversions

10. Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements

11. Develop and execute creative digital collaborations and campaigns

12. Handle client/project accounts on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork & Guru

13. Collaborate with the design and content team for campaign creatives

14. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills:

Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Experience with Upwork, Freelancer & Guru account handling

SEO/SEM best practices and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Social media marketing and basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools preferred)
