Job Description

  • Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Brand Positioning & Social Media: Manage and curate content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to reflect the premium nature of our developments.
  • KPIs: Engagement rate; Consistent posting schedule; Follower growth.
  • Visual Storytelling & Content: Assist in generating high-quality reels, architectural carousels, and compelling copy for luxury coastal properties.
  • KPIs: Content pieces finalized per week; Visual alignment with brand identity.
  • Lead Generation Support: Support the execution of targeted digital ad campaigns and utilize tools like WhatsApp Business API for lead nurturing.
  • KPIs: Click-through rates (CTR) on creatives; Qualified inquiries generated.
  • AI Integration & Automation: Leverage generative AI tools for drafting content, conceptualizing promotional videos, and optimizing workflows.
  • KPIs: Turnaround time for content creation; Successful deployment of AI-assisted campaigns.
  • Analytics & Market Research: Track campaign performance and monitor competitor strategies within the premium real estate sector.
  • KPIs: Delivery of weekly performance reports; Actionable insights suggested.
