Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for posts, reels, stories and promotional creatives.
• Create engaging content for coaching programs, sports bookings, events, tournaments, birthday parties and other activities.
• Schedule and publish social media posts regularly.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, views and other performance metrics.
• Support paid digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Research current social media trends and identify opportunities for creative content.
• Manage and respond to social media enquiries when required.
• Coordinate with the operations and coaching teams to collect information, photos and videos for marketing.
• Promote offers, campaigns, events and seasonal activities.
• Maintain a database/report of leads generated through digital platforms.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results.
• Assist in Google Business Profile and other online listings when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite and basic digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Good knowledge of Canva and basic video/reel editing will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Good analytical skills to track and understand campaign performance.
