Job Description

Plan daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production output.

Coordinate with production, stores, QC, and logistics teams.

Prepare and verify:

  • Delivery challans
  • Invoices
  • E-way bills
  • Packing lists
  • Transport documents
  • Gate passes

repare daily/weekly dispatch reports.

Maintain dispatch KPIs:

  • On-time delivery
  • Dispatch accuracy
  • Vehicle turnaround time
  • Pending dispatch statu
