Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Dispatch Manager to oversee our Pune dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle planning, shipment execution, transporter coordination, driver management, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high service quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and dispatch vehicles for daily shipments.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments from origin to destination.
• Optimize vehicle utilization and reduce empty runs.
• Resolve operational issues and shipment delays promptly.
• Maintain daily dispatch records and operational reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS and logistics software.
• Manage freight costs while maintaining service quality.
• Handle escalations from customers and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with transport vendors and fleet owners.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in logistics operations or dispatch management.
• Strong understanding of FTL, Part Load, and transportation operations.
• Experience in transporter/vendor management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics management software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
