Driver

Priora Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Director's Driver to provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services to the Director. The candidate should possess excellent driving skills, be familiar with routes across Maharashtra, and maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDriving ResponsibilitiesSafely drive the Director to meetings, offices, project sites, airports, railway stations, hotels, and other destinations.
• Travel extensively within Pune on a daily basis.
• Undertake official travel to Mumbai approximately once or twice every month.
• Be willing to travel to any location across Maharashtra whenever required for official work.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per the Director's schedule.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Vehicle MaintenanceKeep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
• Conduct daily checks of fuel level, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, battery, and other essential components.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, insurance renewal, PUC, and other statutory compliances.
• Immediately report any mechanical issues or accidents to the Management.
• Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate travel logs, fuel records, toll receipts, and vehicle-related documents.
• Ensure all vehicle documents remain valid at all times.
• Strictly follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
• Professional ConductMaintain confidentiality regarding all official and personal matters of the Director.
• Display courteous, professional, and respectful behaviour at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and punctuality.
• Be available for extended working hours, weekends, or holidays whenever official work requires.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Must possess a valid Driving Licence permitting driving throughout Maharashtra.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Pune, Mumbai, and across Maharashtra.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• No major traffic violations or criminal record.
• Preferred SkillsSafe and defensive driving skills.
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage).
• Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.
• Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and dependable.
• Working ConditionsPrimary work location: Pune.
• Frequent travel within Pune.
• Travel to Mumbai once or twice every month.
• Travel anywhere in Maharashtra as and when required by the Company.
• Flexible working hours based on the Director's official schedule.
