Job Description – Driver (Director’s Car)

Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services to company directors while ensuring vehicle maintenance, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transport

• Safely drive Director’s car for office, site visits, meetings, and personal travel
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop as per schedule
• Plan routes to avoid traffic delays

Vehicle Maintenance

• Keep vehicle clean (inside & outside) at all times
• Ensure regular servicing, insurance, PUC, and documentation are up to date
• Monitor fuel levels and maintain logbook

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all traffic rules and regulations
• Ensure safe driving practices at all times
• Immediately report any accident, damage, or issue

Professional Conduct

• Maintain confidentiality of Director’s travel and discussions
• Be polite, well-groomed, and professional
• Flexible with working hours (including weekends if required)

Administrative Support

• Maintain daily travel log (km, fuel, timings)
• Assist with small office tasks if required

Requirements

• Valid LMV Driving License
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as personal/company driver
• Experience driving luxury cars (preferred)
• Good knowledge of city routes (Mumbai/Pune)
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
