Dy Mgr - Operational Excellence

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.    Own and drive delivery of various remote sensing based AI/ML solutions to client
2.    Coordinate with field team and clients for data collection, correction and finalization
3.    Set up SOPs and processes to clean, organize and store vast data
4.    Guide/support/train field team in data correction, requirements and follow up.
5.    Support mill operation team virtually & in-person on product requirements, implementation process and timelines
6.    Coordinate with Tech team to ensure timely delivery of results and support them with their requirements and business understanding
7.    Analyse the results published and bring out insights which will help field team in discussion with mill
8.    Introduce improvements in the implementation process to reduce manual or system errors.
9.    Contribute to further Product improvements/ ideation/ pilot designing
10.    Support in carrying out pilot of new products/ solutions
11.    Participate in Technical business development to bring clarity on product capabilities and client expectations.

Experience

3-5 years

Strong Communication skills, Good project management and coordination skills 

Industry Preferred

Agri-Input, Agri-Tech, Agri-Consulting

Qualifications

B.Sc. Agri/Horti/Engg.+ MBA/ABM/PGDM
