Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer (CAD to BIM)

📍 Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

About the RoleInfinite Graphix Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer (CAD to BIM) to join our growing BIM & MEP team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Electrical MEP design, BIM modeling, and project coordination for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update Electrical MEP 3D BIM models using Revit MEP.
  • Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, sections, schematics, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and BIM protocols.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and implement design revisions.
  • Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality models and drawings within project timelines.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Electrical MEP Design and BIM Modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and MEP coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM software.
  • Experience in project execution and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects.
  • Understanding of clash detection and model coordination tools.
