- Job Title: Field Service Engineer - APC & Luminous UPS- Pune region
- Location: Any of from depending on the candidates locality 1) Nagar Road and nearby 2) PCMC- Chakan, Alandi road and nearby 3) Hinjewadi, Wakad and nearby

- Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in servicing and maintaining APC and Luminous UPS systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the UPS systems, providing top-notch customer service, and performing preventive maintenance as well as emergency repairs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Install, test, and configure APC and Luminous UPS systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and emergency repair services on UPS systems, including batteries, circuitry, and software diagnostics.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for customers.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and technical support, educating clients on UPS operation and maintenance procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and customer feedback. Prepare service reports and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
- Training: Provide training to customers and staff on proper UPS operations and safety procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product issues.
- Reporting: Regularly report on service activities, customer interactions, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Qualifications:
- Education: ITI, NCVT, Deploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in UPS systems are a plus.
- Experience: Freshers will good soft skills and experiences both invited.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, UPS technology, and battery management systems. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electronics.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. A valid driver’s license is required.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in UPS systems or electrical qualifications are an advantage.
