Electronics Technician (AC PCB Repair)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

The Electronics Technician is responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing AC PCBs
• Identifying faulty components
• Ensuring quality and reliability of repaired boards

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :

🔧 Technical Work

• Diagnose faults in AC PCBs (split, window, inverter, non-inverter)
• Repair PCB at component level
• Replace faulty components (ICs, relays, capacitors, etc.)
• Test PCB after repair before delivery

🧪 Testing & Quality

• Use testing tools (multimeter, soldering station, etc.)
• Ensure PCB is working properly before marking “OK”
• Follow repair standards and safety rules

🗂️ Job Handling & Reporting

• Update job status to office executive
• Inform about:
• Repairable / non-repairable PCBs
• Time required
• Any special issues
• Maintain basic repair notes if required

🧹 Workplace Discipline

• Maintain cleanliness of workbench
• Handle tools and equipment carefully
• Avoid damage to customer PCBs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Must-Have Basic electronics knowledge
• Experience in AC PCB repair preferred
• Ability to use soldering station & multimeter
• Willingness to learn and follow process

• Preferred
• Diploma / ITI in Electronics
• Experience with inverter AC PCBs
• Repair shop / service center background

“Your job is to diagnose and repair AC PCBs at component level. You will work in the workshop, repair boards, test them properly, and inform the office once the job is completed. No office or customer work.”
