Email Support Executive

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing email campaigns, social media activities, and online lead generation initiatives to support brand awareness and business growth. The role involves handling Instagram and YouTube content posting, LinkedIn lead generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities to generate quality business inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Design and send promotional emails, newsletters, and product updates.
• Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, and promotional content.
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, open rates, engagement, and lead quality.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies to improve online visibility and brand awareness.
• Handle basic content writing, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
