Core Responsibilities

• Keeping students engaged, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive learning environment.

• Supporting different learning levels: Adapting teaching methods for beginners to advanced learners.
• Encouraging communication: Promoting discussions, presentations, and creative expression.

Additional Duties

• Preparing teaching materials: Worksheets, presentations, and digital resources.
• Tracking performance: Maintaining records of student progress.
• Parent/guardian communication: Sharing updates on student performance (especially in schools).
