In the role of Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This includes developing clear operating models and articulating a compelling vision for the enterprise architecture. The role requires envisioning the target state of the architecture and creating a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving needs, fostering innovation and efficiency across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks that support business strategies.
- Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology initiatives through effective collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of architectural principles and practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within the architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and integration techniques.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architecture models that support business transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
- Familiarity with system development life cycle and best practices in software engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
